It will do 48 kHz for each channel.

The actual sampling is done at a high rate. I think it is 64 times
faster than the nominal sampling speed of 96 kHz. The A/D converter
contains a digital filter that is very steep and that cuts just
above the Nyquist frequency before it reduces the sampling rate
from 6.1 MHz (or whereever it is) down to what you have specified.
