Subject: [linrad] Linrad00-48
Hi All,
There are still many bugs in Linrad;-(
There is a new version now that corrects one of them. The coherent
processing uses several different routines depending on the parameters
selected by the user. For some parameter combinations 00-47 still did
not use the correct (narrow) filter. This is now corrected.
I have also added some security precautions to prevent calling free()
twice for the same memory and although unexpected this seems to have
made console switching far more safe. Linrad00-48 survives console
switching most of the times, it seems to not crash more often than
mousetest, one of the demo programs supplied with svgalib.
Console switching seems to be ok more than 90% of the times now. this
is a dramatic improvement since in older versions console switching
caused a fatal system crash most of the times with ctrl-alt-del as the
only escape.
