Hi All,

A new version is uploaded. It contains some error corrections
that make Linrad crasch less frequently on error exits.

The I/Q calibration (which I discovered did not work in Praha)
is corrected. Previously it did not work if the fft1 transform
size was 65536.

IK3MAC reported that 00-45 and 00-46 did not work on his system
so 00-47 has open routines for the sound device drivers that are very
similar to those in 00-44 and older.

I have 23 PCB's of WSE RX2500 here. They are all tested and have
nearly identical performance. Some of the info about this
