Hi All,

A new version is uploaded.

Some of the recently introduced bugs are corrected, a
new parameter is introduced for the selective limiter to
allow some fine tuning of the dynamic range compromises.

Knowing how few (=zero) of the errors in linrad01-00 that
have been reported, 00-56 is still the "latest version" at
linrad.htm. The "test" versions are at linroot.htm and I
want to be a bit more sure there are no seriuos problems 
with the new structure before making it "latest version".
